Today we are going to focus exclusively on the green stuff -
Money
I’m going to show you some tangible things you can do starting today to position yourself for significant increases in your income, so today should be one of the most profitable days of the entire 10-Day Turnaround for you.
We’re going to start with a simple concept called The Wealth Thermostat™.
Your Wealth Thermostat works very much like the thermostat in your house.
If the temperature in your house rises above the level the thermostat is set at, the thermostat kicks in, turns on your air conditioning and the AC cools your house back down to whatever temperature the thermostat is set at.
Your Wealth Thermostat controls the level of your income in much the same way.
- When your income kicks up - maybe you finally make your 1st sale from a website, or you have a great month or quarter, or a big client finally pays you what they owe you - whatever the reason your income has a little blip in it to the upside… if that new income level exceeds the level your Wealth Thermostat is set at, POOF! - it kicks in and cools your income back down just like your AC works to cool your house back down.
And before ya know it - there you are right back at about the same income level you were at before.
Just like how the air conditioning in your house cycles on and off all day to keep the average temperature at whatever the thermostat is set at, your Wealth Thermostat cycles on and off to keep your average income at about what it is set at.
And quite frankly…
THAT SUCKS!
We’ve all experienced that frustration of thinking things are FINALLY going our way, our income is finally going up - and every time - WHAM! - something comes whizzing out of nowhere and knocks it back down.
We get sick and the doctor’s bills are huge, our car needs unexpected repairs, the deal we were counting on falls apart, the website that was profitable suddenly quits pulling leads… whatever it is, there is always something that seems to jump in the way and keep our income from advancing.
That’s our Wealth Thermostat™ at work.
And the intense frustration- maybe even anger? - we feel when that occurs is exactly what we are going to begin eliminating for you today.
Starting right now, we are going to begin the process of permanently raising the setting on your Wealth Thermostat™ - which will in turn allow your income to naturally rise to much higher levels.
One of the simplest ways to begin raising the setting on your Wealth Thermostat is to implement what is called The WealthSwitch™.
I’m going to give you some examples to get you rolling and then you are going to pick one to implement and get tangible results from yourself today.
Let’s get started…
- I’ve discovered that one of the biggest challenges to building more wealth is the feeling we have that we are down at the bottom of the mountain and the peak of wealth we want to achieve is WAYYYYYYY, WAYYYYYYY up there, ya know what I mean?
What then happens is that we think any little action we do is like throwing a pebble into the ocean - it might make a tiny ripple for a few seconds, but overall, it really won’t make any difference to it at all.
That’s where we need to make what I call The WealthSwitch™, which simply is this:
- Even the tiniest of actions done consistently can quickly compound into dramatically higher levels of wealth for you in very short periods of time.
In 2X+1, we have a principle we call The Rule Of 38X. Basically, it states that if you take any skillset you now have and improve it and the results it’s getting you by a tiny little 1% each day, in just one year your results will be 38 times better than they are today.
Let’s translate that to the real world.
- Say you are only making $100 per month from your business now - make consistent improvements in your marketing skills each day and The Rule Of 38X indicates that you could be making $3800 per month from that business within a year.
Do it for a 2nd year and your income skyrockets to over $142,000 per MONTH - that works out to a $1.7 MILLION per year income in just two years.
- The skillsets and mindset you are developing in The 10-Day Turnaround are giving you that kind of millionaire earning potential.
Now, realistically, it’s unlikely any of us will make that 1% improvement every single day for the next two years.
But even if you only make that 1% improvement once a week, your income still nearly triples in two years.
And an income that tripled could make some pretty big changes in your lifestyle for you, ya know?!
- So the question now is, what are the specific ACTIONS that raise the setting on your Wealth Thermostat and allow you to gain the benefits of The WealthShift?
That’s exactly what we’ll be covering in today’s Action Plan I have ready for you.
Click here to access it now.

Even the tiniest of actions done consistently can quickly compound into dramatically higher levels of wealth for you in very short periods of time. I took this from your lesson to reflect on it today. I am doing everything I possibly can, without much money to move forward with this program and It’s moving slowly but I am making some progress, I have over 200 direct hits in my back office from my website and get more each day, I really do hope some of those people signed up with this program, because if they did not they are missing out on a opportunity of a life time. Thank God I did and I am looking forward to the future of being wealthy from this action. Thanks again for this opportunity Karry Friendly

I think what I make of it if I keep doing what I’m doing (Which is not profitable at the moment), them I’m keep going to get what I’m getting ( which again is very little or unprofitable). In the last 6 months I have wasted all my money on purchasing different programmes to help my online business, that now I have so many that I am absolutely overwhelmed by it all and dont know where to start or how to put it all together.I even have a website that I’m supposed to put together but have no clue what to do. I have to make a stand now and stop procrastinating and start somewhere, which is why I chose to do the 10 day programme with Jeff.

Today, I am going to spend my time on working on getting better content on my website. I would like to learn more about putting an article out on a website or doing a news bulletin. I need to listen to the training website again and learn more about managing my website. Thanks for helping me put a spacific idea out there for me to focus on. I think I get bogged down with trying to do too much and get overwhelmed and don’t do anything.

Hi! How right you you are about the mindset referring to the ‘pebble/mountain peak’! Got me in one! I feel that I need a ‘miracle’ to get me started, as at the moment, I don’t even have a website. Would like to sell healthier and non-harmful products I’ve used for a few years and am happy to offer to others via Network Marketing. Through lack of confidence and lack of skills am unsure of how to go about starting up. See if I feel better about it and especially doing something about it, after I’ve seen the Action Plan! Thanks for making me aware of the problem.

Hi! Got me in one re mindset about the pebble/mountain peak! Feel as if I need a ‘mircle’ to get started. Must see the Action Plan - hope it will help me. Thanks.

ithas happened to me lots of times .I understand your welth switch and I would like to apply it to my daily life. I am going to discovere it now.
thank for this fantastic program.

In my career I have had years that I ecked by, just paying the bills and making ends meet. I have also had years when I have made a comfortable six figures. The mindset changes when the income rises. When I was making a higher income it was easier to increase the income with less effort. Now it seems to take considerable effort. Did I reset my thermostat? If so I need to reset it again.
September 26th, 2008 at 8:19 am
I have also found that while you are makeing those small improvements that it is not always noticeable right away. But then the 80/20 rule kicks in and bam things take off!
So keep going. Have the faith in yourself and what you are doing to pursue your dream!

Just to remember to focus on important details in one’s business and spiritual life makes all the difference in becoming all that we are supposed to become. THANKS
September 26th, 2008 at 9:12 am
This is exactly what I needed to read this morning! ON TOP OF YESTERDAYS lesson- where-if you don’t mind a little bragging- I spent the entire day learning about keywords and improving my skills in keyword placement. I have been doing this business for a month and up until yesterday my total clicks for the entire month were 34. This morning I had 77 additional clicks!! Breakthrough. And my very first sale commission for $1.15. I know that is kind of a sad amount, but it’s the first sale!!! yay!! At least now I know that my settings are working and I have a better idea what it will take to make this happen.
My plan to increase my wealth thermostat is to keep improving my media placement skills each day by focusing on keywords and when that starts to feel saturated- moving on to another aspect of this business- probably some improvement in free advertising.
Thank you!
P.S. I was also nice to three people-it felt great.

I hope you received my email about the previous three days.

Sorry Jeff, I was not able to comment yesterday because a Tornado
decided to re-arrange my housing situation for me during a lousy little
“Noreaster’ that blew through North Carolina yesterday afternoon.
No injuries (thank god) but plenty of mess, No worries , you cant keep
a good man down! No problems, I saved my computer! You must keep your priorities
in line(haha)
Your lessons so far are really hitting home with me and I really appreciate
what it is doing for my mindset, But it seems that every lesson brings the next
lesson to mind before I even know what that lesson is. I have about 200 or more
free downloads that I have acquired over the last year sitting on my desktop,
probably just like everyone else, but I actually started to read them after going through
yesterdays lesson, which seems to fit todays lesson to a T, Knowledge is wealth
and without the knowledge , Wealth will be much harder to obtain.
Everybody is giving away something , Some good , Most bad, But you must read
them to see if it is good or not so Hey everyone … Read that download .. Dont just
leave it sitting there, Quit procrastinating and get the knowledge that you need to
raise your Wealth meter.
Thanks Jeff, for opening my eyes to the real picture!

I am very surprised with this idea about the Wealthswitch .It´s incredible that little actions can quickly elevate income.Because many times I feel that I don´t consider the details.
Thamk you for this great information

I really feel that I can’t add anything to what everyone else has said - they’ve written exactly what I feel and have done. There are dozens of free downloads and lots of paid ones, sitting all over my “office”.
I’d recently made the decision to concentrate on the paid one’s one at a time, before coming across Jeff’s programme. What I’ve found is that he is right, the small steps I’ve been taking (not every day), have begun to show an increase in the number of visitors to my site this month.
It’s really great to find other like minded people here, as I always work alone, with no support from my partner. Just sharing my thoughts with others is a terrific help.

I’ve always considered myself to be an intelligent and insightful person, but clearly not bright enough! This makes so much sense and yet it is not rocket science. So I am asking myself the question, why couldn’t I have figured this out on my own? For me the answer is simple. As a result of this exercise, it is now crystal clear to me why I could not see this myself. My mind has been so cluttered with so many massive undertakings and overwhelmed with information that it often results in a feeling of paralysis. In other words, without a clear plan to achieve the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully execute your personal or business goals, you are more or less “spinning your wheels.” This exercise is very liberating for me Jeff and I thank you for the wonderful analogies you’re using. I am hopeful that when the team has completed the 10 day turn-around, that you might consider a consolidated “take-away” that each of us can refer to that will help ensure that we stay on track.. Thank you.
September 26th, 2008 at 11:56 am
I fully agree with Jay Rossi - that is me exactly. Where in the world do I start?
September 26th, 2008 at 12:09 pm
I can certainly relate to the Wealth Thermostat. Invariably, when things are going well it’s not uncommon for an offset of unexpected issues to arise.
The Wealth Switch focus of tiny actions done consistently provides the much needed light at the end of the tunnel. If you stay focused on taking tiny steps towards the light, you will reach the light. And in a much shorter time than if you stop along the way to measure how far you’ve gone, or evaluate the walls and makup of the ceiling in the tunnel, etc.
This insight is a great motivator to take those consistent daily actions! Thanks again Jeff!

I really like the way you talk about small consistent efforts compounding over time. I also find it helps me if I do my actions with my emotional meter set at not only “happy expectation” of the top of the mountain, but “already there and thrilled with it”. So, keeping on with the action in the emotional state of “I’m there”.
You can take that to the bank!
September 26th, 2008 at 4:13 pm
I think anything we learn we need to apply and we can build on from that. We may not get it right the first time but it should not stop us and we need to take what we have learned and apply it again and again and not give up.
September 26th, 2008 at 5:16 pm
Being consistent with marketing - contacting active & inactive’s at lease one time per month with marketing material. Send at least 2 thank you’s out daily.
September 26th, 2008 at 5:30 pm
Consistance is the key. To really change what you reality is you have to make changes, continuously and consistantly. It has to be a deliberate effort no matter how small. I am going to keep working my business everyday to give me the freedom I deserve and that my family deserves.
September 26th, 2008 at 5:58 pm
The Wealth thermostat concept is a hit right on the nail since it issomething i have observed for a long time without knowing of its existence.I am hoping this will allow me to gain thebenefits of the Wealth shift.Another day of eye-openihg lesson. Thanks Jeff.
September 26th, 2008 at 6:31 pm
I think you caused a ripple in my mind and I appreciate this thought provoking insight to the higher mentalitythat it takes to reach goals consistently. Keep up the great work and have a great and prosperous future.
September 26th, 2008 at 7:08 pm
I loved your idea of encouraging to start small then consistantly the small steps will add up to massive rewards. the whole idea once you have started, not to break the chain keep on and move on.
September 27th, 2008 at 4:06 am
I apprecite you taking your time to instruct us begginers to the internet sales field, you are a truely a wise man that is not shy of sjas it isst upeaking your mind and telling the truth, just s it is.
thank you
September 27th, 2008 at 5:12 am
The concept is sound and well proven. I really do like the way you put it, it makes it easy to
understand and easy to incorporate into my life. Sometimes there are many reasons a person
has mental limits that they need to overcome. They just need someone to help them to
understand what there limits are doing, and how to overcome them. Stay cool.
September 27th, 2008 at 5:39 am
Jeff,
I don’t have an internet business, but still I’m hanging in because it’s always interesting to learn more and maybe I will come up with a business idea during the training.
Your 38X rule is really cool. I’ll keep it in mind.
Best!

Great insight put together so nicely, great job! Some of us need a little ‘push’ in the right direction.
September 27th, 2008 at 5:05 pm
Wow, after reading this lesson, then the comments, I am totally amazed by how many people suffer from exactly the same constraints I do!! Information overload, too many things going at once, always getting distracted by the next best thing etc…etc…etc… I’m going to take this as a very jarring wake up call and focus my attention on one thing at a time, Once that is going I’ll move on to the next and just check on the previous now and then. Then, after all are rolling along, start implementing all the next best things that I now have available to me.
Thanks for the insight and the wake up call.
September 27th, 2008 at 10:54 pm
Wow again…. Some of us have brain cells from the same dust. Now those of you that got some of the higher grade dust, keep giving me hopes and ideas.
And Jeff I agree that it would be great to be able to come back to this info. and even the comments at times.
Thanks again.

The WealthSwitch
really turned on the light bulb for me.
Before today, I had the \”pebble in the ocean\” mentality. But your sentence,
\”Even the tiniest of actions done consistently can quickly compound into dramatically higher levels of wealth for you in very short periods of time\” is what changed my perception.
I think \”actions done consistently\” should be everyone\’s mantra.
September 28th, 2008 at 1:21 am
I like the idea that the tiniest action done consistently can make a big difference. Can’t wait!

Hey Jeff–Day 4
“Money Thermostat” is a great analogy. I know we talk in terms of percentages, but I wonder how to quantify 1%? When doing something it is said to give 110% effort. I know a penny is 1% of a dollar. Is 1% quantified (14 minutes/day?) How do we measure 1% increase in our business?
September 30th, 2008 at 4:04 am
FOCUS, ATTITUDE, COMMITMENT AND TENACITY. SMALL CONSISTANT CHANGES COMPOUND INTO BIG RESULTS. WORK ‘SMARTER NOT HARDER’ ! GERRY R.
September 30th, 2008 at 10:52 pm
Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the info. Making money is all about what we all are trying to do. However, the skills is very important too, but trying to put these skills together is something else too. In other words, I do wonder when the skillset and mindset will ever get together.
