Close your eyes for a minute and remember your first kiss… your wedding day… the birth of your children……The time you scored the winning touchdown or hit the most important home run of your life… the feeling you had when you earned your first check in a business of your own… the most special gift you’ve ever given someone…
…Getting to the top of a challenging mountain you hiked and seeing for miles over the horizon… working out hard for weeks and then looking in a mirror and actually liking the body you see…
…Pulling up in the driveway in your brand-new car… the best vacation you’ve ever been on… the feeling on sun on your face as you lie totally relaxed on a beach…
Those are “Magic Moments.”
Without consciously realizing it, you’ve probably had many in your life.
However, the key to truly enjoying the journey as much as the feeling of getting there is consciously creating “Magic Moments” in your personal life and your business as frequently as possible.
Consciously creating “Magic Moments” in your personal life allows you to impact those around you in profound ways they’ll remember the rest of their lives.
It gives you a very compelling “reason why” you’re working and helps you eliminate procrastination and stay on track with your highest-level business activities because you now have a compelling reason to get them done on time - so you can afford and enjoy the Magic Moments you want to create in your life.
- And it weaves a fabric of richness into your everyday life that is far beyond what any amount of money will ever buy for you.
In your business, creating “Magic Moments” for your prospective clients, your real clients, your staff, your suppliers, your vendors, and everyone else you do business with will make your business ten times more fun; and will help you attract and keep the best staff, associates, suppliers, and vendors.
In addition, “Magic Moments” will transform your clients into “raving fans” that can’t wait to tell everyone they know about you; and they will help you create a 100% referral business that will run smoothly whether you’re present or not.
When is it most important to create a “Magic Moment”?
- Anytime you’re stuck, bored, frustrated, or depressed.
- Every time you acquire a new client.
- Every time you reach a goal or complete one of your Milestones on the way to achieving your Major Outcomes.
- And, anytime you’re having trouble staying focused on your business or find yourself procrastinating, a “Magic Moment” is a perfect way to give you a compelling, emotionally powerful reason to get focused and complete the activities you know are important, but are so easy to put off.
Many of the world’s most successful businesses depend upon “Magic Moments” for much of their profits and growth.
Follow their lead and begin incorporating “Magic Moments” into every aspect of your business.
Consider the environment Disney creates when you walk into The Magic Kingdom.
Everything is designed precisely to cause you and your family to have an experience you will never forget.
The result: Huge profits for Disney. Far easier hiring and retention of super workers and managers. Millions of referrals each year. And a brand-name recognized worldwide.
THAT’S the power of “Magic Moments” and that’s what they can help you accomplish as well.
The key is to PURPOSEFULLY design them into your everyday life and everyday business world, using the skills you learn today.
- Imagine for just a minute that you arranged at least one “Magic Moment” for every one of your prospective clients, your current clients, your staff and associates. What kind of impact would that have on your business? Can you see how the enthusiasm and loyalty you would build would eliminate many of your business headaches, cause your referrals to skyrocket, and spike your profits to levels they’ve never reached before?
- Now imagine the intense satisfaction and love you would feel by setting up “Magic Moments” for every one of your family members and friends- maybe even for a stranger you’ve never met.
- Then add in the excitement you will have as you create “Magic Moments” uniquely satisfying to YOU as well.
The result?
Almost instantly, the quality of your personal life will rise dramatically.
Many of those feelings of “emptiness” or “something’s missing” will disappear.
And much of the stress and strain will melt out of your life as you focus on making a truly profound contribution to the lives of those you care about.
Today’s Action Plan for both your business and your personal life involves CONSCIOUSLY creating Magic Moments so click here to benefit from this powerful principle today.

The Magic Moments in life are so beautiful, but often forgotten, in our mad rush to do “things.” Thanks, Jeff, for reminding us to remember them. Thanks also for such a wonderful page to look forward to each day.

Hi Jeff,
I enjoyed this great article about Magic Moments. I have used this technique myself and know how powerful it is but I don’t do it as often as I should. Thanks for reminding me to do it more often. Actually, I will make sure to recall a Magic Moment once a day as you recommend.
Thanks again Jeff!

Hi Jeff. There is also one other thing to remember when people are having these feelings of emptiness or somethings missing in thier lives. Just take a look around you at other people whether they are rich or poor and you will soon realize that the happiest people don’t have the best of every thing but they do make the best of every thing they have.

I went to Disney World this year with my kids ( created a magic moment for them for supporting me for working hard at practice building ). When we were in line at Animal Kingdom on Day 4, we were pulled aside by one of the employees brought to the front of the line missing the 40 minute wait in line, we were brought on the front row of the new roller coaster with the Everest Yeti creature, after the ride they took us behind the scenes showed us the cameras with the people on the ride screaming and explained to us we were a magic moment family of the day and gave us enough special tickets to go right up to the front of the line to the ride for the rest of the day. I have never seen my kids so full of joy, they described Walt’s philosophy on offering “Disney magic moment” and being singled out in a crowd of millions just to show appreciation was such an incredible experience. Needless to say the kids went on the ride 25 times in a row that day and told everyone about their “Disney magic moment” experience.

Creating magic moments that help improve life and business each day as frequently as possible, is a great way to make life better for people and clients.
This is an excellent trait to really learn.
Thanks Jeff

Having raised a severely handicapped son - now 26 years old - Magic moments are what have made me strong enough to face the uncertain future and plan for his long life after my husband and I are gone. I don’t want to leave him as a financial burden on his brother or my brothers and so I am in this journey of learning and implementing multiple streams of income through internet based businesses.
Jeff keep the nuggets coming - looking forward to the results I will get!

Hi Jeff and Everyone,
Each night before I go to sleep I recall these little magic moments I have found in my day and often times as I recall I am reminded of the beauty and blessings I know I feel and receive within them., and realize that each one is like a band of color from a rainbow that permeates and penatrates the sky with creative beauty and color not always seen with the eye but felt in the heart and just as beautiful. One of my magic moments yesterday I felt and saw within came from a realization of knowledge given to me by a friend of how we truly are one living presence , each one of us an equal part of an orchestra sharing our own unique sound and song that together brings the harmony of life into one glorious symphony played out in the stories of our lives. Emotionally connecting to this thought of truth within all of us brought me the gift and blessing of peace and unconditonal love and intellectually this truth brought me an understanding of a profound fuller and deeper meaning about life and how this one universal force is ever growing and expanding my awareness of the world and life itself. A smile formed upon my face with the feeling of knowing our universal oneness and the beauty that it contains within us all.

Hi Jeff,
The magic moments are always the best, but without strong financial support sometimes you have them but not exactly the way you want, why? there is a limitation caused by the lack of financial freedom and you end up having feelings of emptiness.
Thanks Jeff, this encourages me to work harder on my business and soon or later I will realise magic moments one after the other and never have to feel this emptiness.

Magic Moments are God gift’s to us to let us know that we are a part of something much more greater than we can imagine, we are special creatures of this earth and we are the only ones that are in a likeness of God. Thanks Jeff for bring back Magic Moments in my life

With a 90 y/o Dementia ridden mother and a husband that doesnt work, life can be so lonely and frustrating. But then I try to capture the time when I was happy and carefree and I cannot remember one. How sad, to have to go through life not knowing magic moments. Somehow, I feel that I must have had some magic moments and just let them pass me by. Oh, how foolish I must have been to not capture those moments. From now on I will make a concerted effort to look and listen and observe and be happy that the sun rises every morning and gives me new challenges to look forward to. Thank you all for opening my eyes and be happy for all those magic moments.

“Magic Moments’ wonderful, just wonderful.

Jay,
Thinking of what you have written, made me weep for you. I’ve been pretty down myself lately as my life certainly isn’t what I hoped it would be. But now I realize, that it’s largely what I’ve made it, unlike you who has someone else to consider and care for.
You seem to have so much inner strength and always write in such an upbeat fashion. Take great heart in the fact that what you write, gives others their magic moment. Which must give you one too.
Take care and keep up your wonderful comments.
Jane.

Sometimes magic moment opportunities are right under our noses & we don’t recognize them because we can’t get out of own way (which are never missed - they are just noticed by other people & taken advantage of). What I have found is that it doesn’t take much to create a magic moment for others…some of the things that I have done is when I saw a practice member in the restaurant I was eating at - when I left I also paid for her (without her knowing about it), it made me feel good on the inside, sending a thank you card (cost $2.00), mailing a card just for no reason to someone at all (cost $2 - $3), just saying something nice to someone - wow, you really look good today, your new haircut looks great on you, have you lost weight?….(cost FREE)…….maybe doing something that your spouse does to give them a break…bringing their food to them, etc…..(cost FREE)……Value PRICELESS!!!! So I guess a lot of it is by your own personal definition of a magic moment. Could be small, could be big things - you decide.

Life is about making magic moments and not letting negative things get you down. When you think of every negative moment as an opportunity to learn something new, life is a WHOLE LOT better.

I had an employment agency for 12 years. Each placement we made we sent a floral arrangement. The girl who got the new job got attention from everyone, and we got the recognition for the magic moment! Referrals came by word of mouth from those simple gestures. Yes, it is a simple thing, thank you for sharing the magnitude it can grow to –the Disney story is powerful!

This is so true. For the first annivarsary of meeting my boyfriend, I arranged a helicopter lesson for him at the local airport, something he said he’s always wanted as a passing comment. His face when he got back down was priceless, and we’re coming onto seven years together. NEVER underestimate the power of a magic moment. It doesn’t even have to cost. Occasionally he’ll arrive for a visit after a 12 hr shift at work and I’ll have a tub of warm water, a towel and some foot products ready and waiting. Sometimes I even get it in return. It really is those little ’spontaneous and for no reason’ things that keep a relationship buzzing.
It’s not quite so easy online, but I’m learning from you, Jeff. This course is a great example.
