The 10-Day Turnaround

Your 1st Step To Doubling Your NET Income While Taking An EXTRA Day Off Each Week
Day 9 Action Plan

Today was kind of a “reality check”.  I didn’t pull any punches in focusing on The 5 Stages Of Growth because I wanted you to have a clear, honest picture of the road in front of you.

We covered a lot of key points:

The 5 Stages themselves:

  • Stage 1:  “Blast-Off”
  • Stage 2: “Reality”
  • Stage 3: “The Wall”
  • Stage 4: “Starting To See The Light”
  • Stage 5: “The Breakthrough”

Nine key concepts to help you on your journey:

  1. All peaks must be surrounded by two valleys
  2. Even feeling like you are moving down instead of up is NORMAL
  3. Winners keep playing until they get it right.”
  4. You must identify the CORRECT actions and skills and focus on your 1% daily improvement that we talked about earlier in this course
  5. Wealthy people don’t practice 1000 moves 3 times each, they practice 3 moves 1000 times each.
  6. You can’t steal second with your foot on first.
  7. If I asked everyone what they would do to succeed, I’d get an almost unanimous “Anything it takes.”  But would you really do anything it takes?
  8. “TANSTAAFL” - “There Ain’t No Such Thing As A Free Lunch”.
  9. Are you willing to pay the price?

Your Action Plan to being using these concepts successfully today is two-fold.

1. Identify which of the 5 Stages you think you are now in.

  • What made you decide that was the Stage you are in?  What insights have you discovered from what you learned about The 5 Stages today?  What do you think are the most important things you need to move you forward toward Stage 5?

2. Choose at least one (and more than one if you’d like) of the nine Key Concepts I listed for you above

  • Write down how you can use that to move to the next Stage Of Growth.  What did you discovered about yourself or the path you are on from today’s Insight?  What did you really relate to when you heard the concept?
  • If you had to place a value on what you learned in today’s Insight as well as the rest of The 10-Day Turnaround, what would that value be?

Post a comment below with your answers to the two items in your Action Plan.

  • I look forward to continuing to help you and you can look forward to our LIVE session on Day 10 where we can all “meet” in person via conference call and where I’ll be sharing with you additional NEW strategies, insights and concepts you can immediately apply to increasing your income and consciously creating your Ideal Lifestyle.  (Check your email in box for details of the time and date of the Day 10 call)

Talk to you then!

-Jeff

I’m just beginning and I feel like your 5 stages are a daily occurance. Thanks for giving me hope- for every valley there has to be a peak.
Concept 4, identifying the correct actions has most relevence for me. I was doing a lot of action but no getting far. Now I’m focusing and moving forward.
Your information has been invaluable. I feel as if I’ve come from the fog into the sunlight.
Thanks for clearing things up for me and thanks for making it fun too.

I BELIEIVE I AM IN THE ‘BLASTOFF STAGE’ I HAVE LEARNED SOME NEW VALUABLE CONCEPTS IN THE 10 DAY PROGRAM AND WANT TO MAKE SOME POSITIVE CHANGES TO MY LIFE. I CHOSE THIS STAGE TO START THOSE POSITIVE CHANGES. I HAVE BEEN IN ALL THE STAGES IN MY LIFE AND HAVE HAD MANY SUCCESSES AND A FEW FAILURES, I FEEL I WAS MORE FOCUSED AND CLOSER TO MY LOVED ONES DURING THE FAILURES AND WORKED THOUGH THEM TOGETHER, AS A TEAM, I PROBABLY LEARNED MORE ABOUT LIFE AND MYSELF DURING THOSE FAILURES, AND GOT ON WITH MY LIFE AND FUTURE SUCCESSES WITH THOSE VALUABLE LEARNING EXPERIANCES. IN ORDER TO MOVE FORWARD I MUST BECOME A LITTLE HUMBLE, MAKE SOME SACRIFICES, BE MORE COMMITED AND USE MY STRENGH OF TENACITY TO STRUGGLE TO SUCCEED TO THE BREAKTHROUGH STAGE! I AM WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE AND UNDERSTAND IT WILL REQUIRE A LT OF HARD WORK ‘WORKING SMARTER NOT HARDER! IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM, DEVELOPING AN ACTION PLAN , IMPLEMENTING THE ACTION PLAN, AND FOLLOWING UP THE ACTION PLAN ( MAKING CHANGES AS REQUIRED). A LL OF THESE PREMISES ARE GREAT BECAUSE THEY MKE YOU THINK AND DO, I LOOK FORWARD TO THE CHALLANGE WITH EXCITEMENT, SEE YOUAT THE TELE SEMINAR! GERRY R.

I have gone through Stage 1because I was desperately trying to make an income on the Internet. I was all excited thinking that it was going to beeasy but nevertheless I had no other option. Then Stage 2 came and I started feeling down as I was spending the little money that I had saved up. Stage 3 saw me coming up against a brick wall because everytime I felt like I was having a break through, then more money was being requested. After reading almost 150-200 emails everyday from all the different people who were trying to help me for a price, I came across Jeff. I feel at long last that I have genuinely met an honest man. Someone who hasn’t even mentioned asking for a fee but is willing to give his precious time to an ordinary person like me. It just gives me back my faith in human kind. I pray everyday to the Lord and thank him for what he has given me. An intelligent mind, a curiosity to accomplish that which I thought was impossible, even for me. I am convinced that I am at Stage 4 because after much failures and depression I can feel a sudden joy in what I am doing. I’m glad, as Jeff said, this is not the end but just the beginning. I will do whatever it takes, I’ve done so far and will keep on doing it till I find the answers.

  4. James Says:

My problem is identifying correct actions.

I’m learning things that are needed but I’m not ready to use the things that I’m learning.

I’m getting far ahead of where I really need to be.

I guess it’s because I’m trying to work on 2 or 3 projects at the same time.

It’s almost like hitting a wall and not knowing which way to go. If I could only learn to stay at the correct step on each project, it would be easier.

  5. Atman Says:

Thanks to your ten day program, I believe I am in stage four, ” starting to see the light.” I believe stage five is possible for me, if I can make a solid commitment.
The best key concept for me would have to be to practice my three moves one thousand times each, and stay focused on this to obtain the next level.

Thanks Jeff For all your inspiration.

  6. Melba Says:

I figured I was in stage 3, but now I’m excited again. I’ve almost completed Mary Gersten’s program. I feel I can complete and fax it in, and get started. Thank you for giving me back the excitement, and confidence to do well in the program. I feel beter about myself and what I’m doing, thank you

  7. JoAnn Says:

I think I’m in Stage 3. I was really excited about getting a new project going and everything started going wrong and hanging up the process. After a few weeks and many talks with the hosting company, the fight finally went out of me and it was difficult to even consider how to get going again. My greatest problem was that I have less than enough money coming in at this time and was looking for a quick way out. Once I recognized there was no magic button to help me get quicker online money, I geared up to get the job done.

The most important steps for me at this time are:
    1. Get the project data and information reorganized and reviewed.
    2. Get help with problem areas that hang me up on technical issues
    3. Quickly get articles written in drafts- as many as it takes, final rewrite, and submitted for the niche products
    4. Tweak and get the project running
    Rinse and repeat.

Thanks, Jeff, for your inspiration. This was very helpful.

Jeff - Each day of the 10-Day Turn Around program has been a journey and has provided great material. Day 9 is truly exceptional. It forces you to think and evaluate where you are in the Five Stages of Growth and for me to to objectively assess what is required in order to move forward to the next stage. As a last thought, for me it is nearly impossible to place a monetary value on the information that I obtained over the course of this program. From my perspective, it is invaluable and comes at a point in my life where the application of sanity and precision thinking and planning are absolutely vital to my success. As always, thank you and warm regards.

  9. Jane Says:

    Dear Jeff,
I’ll be working so regretfully cannot listen to your live seminar. But this course has been perfect timing for me. I somehow got out of a rut, and am keeping things in better order. I’m also letting go of too many distractions. Internally I feel the power of the emotional impetus from my need to expand and now the hows/whys of emptiness and
free space/time= opportunities seem within reach, because I recall when it was true.
I learned that I compromised my energy and potential to avoid confrontation or being rejected .
Now I’m at one stage 5, it seems like a break through because past things are completing or are leaving. Now I’m on a fresh starting peak looking fearlessly toward many bright valleys as I recognize there will be no free lunch. Its clear I can do what it will take once these current goals are tested for reality. I know can learn the skills needed to do ‘3 actions over and over daily’ until I get them right.
Probably the key was really hearing that if the benefit was gone from something to let it go no matter the original cost. If it is draining energy now let it go: item, investment, person or dream. This includes stopping information and work overload. As well daily doing one thing towards my goals, even as small as keeping two rooms nice, cutting back on work everyday, and clearing something out everyday.
To go forward the above daily steps are essential. Keeping the memory of this new idea: ‘excess capacity’ and the ‘true self’s need for essentials’ vibrantly alive and ever in my awareness will be a key motivation factor. Losing ‘my big vision’ has been part of getting lost in e-zines and stuff and time suckers. The key is keeping clear and not allowing the old habits to resurface into overwhelm. At this moment my free time to deal with the chaos in two more rooms is at a premium since so often I have escaped the’ just do it’ because the forward movement power supporting my dreams was lost. (I got myself into a situation which has somehow knocked each dream down unless it was seen by the house to suit their view of reality.)

I will keep this gradual momentum then it will increase exponentially everyday then this course could be priceless. Until the changes can become habitual its full value will not awaken.
I am supplementing this course with local support as well.

Thank you again. It was a succinct and valuable content driven course for me.

  10. Margit Says:

Hi again! The past few days were exceptionally helpful and invaluable to me. I didn’t get the time for much practice, but am keeping all printed material to start all over again without skipping through the practices. Thanks for all your help.

  11. Joyce Dahlquist Says:

Wow, where am I? I am frozen - I was (step1) excited about an online business, but have not settled on ONE. I am spending way to much time and energy learning and FEAR is keeping me from taking action. So, I have ebook after ebook on different businesses but haven’t started any. I guess I am at the “You can’t make it to 2nd with your foot on 1st” .

How can I possibly place a value on something that is helping me get “unstuck” and take that foot off 1st? Thanks, Jeff. I am looking forward to tomorrow’s live session.

  12. Donna Ragland Says:

If I had to pick one stage that would be 4 - Starting To See The Light. I have had many successes and maybe even a peek at stage 5, but feel I actually float between stages 3 and 4. When I discover an area I need to learn more about, I’m in stage 3 and then focus on gaining more knowledge to get over the wall. Once the challenge is met, I’m back to stage 4.

In thinking about my personal journey to online success, the walls I hit initially were much higher than they are now. Now I take less time to figure out how to climb over the wall and the wall doesn’t seem as tall anymore.

The key concept that will help the most would be number 4 - You must identify the CORRECT actions and skills and focus on your 1% daily improvement that we talked about earlier in this course. I feel I have a good sense of where my focus needs to be, but I haven’t yet confirmed the exact details of those areas.

This course has been invaluable to me. It helped me put some areas I’ve been struggling with more into perspective. It helped me focus on what I’ve been doing well and where I can improve. It also gives specific actions to take to help solidify the concepts in a very simple way - that in and of itself has made this course exceptional!

Thanks so much Jeff for sharing these great insights and giving me an opportunity to grow personally and professionally! I look forward to our final session tomorrow!

    Donna

At stage 3 I have been thinking of calling it a day, however your lessons have been very inspiring and has given me the push to keep on going. Some of us in Europe and other parts of the world would not be able to be on the 10th day live webinar.Would it be possible for us to access a recorded version? Thank you.

  14. earl dazley Says:

I sorry that I dont write a thousand or two word sermon as some of my fellow writersv do but as you say it is not what a person says, it is ultimately what one does is all that matters in the end. Thanks again foor the insight for all to work on.

  15. Charles Conti Says:

It seems that this business environment wit need to get a influx of capital and a revised plan to get to step 5 Jeff, but it can and will be done. Thanks again Jeff.

  16. Kristy Says:

I’m in stage 2 moving to stage 3 of my internet business. I was in blast off when I finally decided to get started about a month ago. Not really knowing everything that it entailed at first, the reality is setting in, that this is going to be more work then expected. But my goals are clear. Everyday I go to work for someone else it is even more clear. I want to be free. I am trying to learn and read as much as is being given to me, but it is hard to keep up. That is why I feel like I am hitting the wall of being overwhelmed. I’m not discouraged, I just don’t want to make a mistake. That is why the concept..” you can’t steal second with your foot on first” hits home. I need to go ahead and act. If I make a mistake, it is okay as long as I learn and improve the next day. I have a friend who says, if you don’t make 10 mistakes a day, you aren’t really trying. It is the mistakes that we learn from to get better. I have to remember that and get my foot off the bag! I’m stealing home!!!!

  17. Sunita Pandit Says:

I have been through all the stages and for me to really ‘make it’ I simply have to choose one business, work it to a heated success then sell it (if possible) or place it on autopilot and then move on to my next ‘pet’ project. That ability to focus is what has eluded me from my success….

    Sunita

  18. Lloyd Says:

Where am I? Back at stage 2,again. Buit, this time, I have vowed to see it thru. I have started several things, only to be distracted by something better. I finally acknowledged that such behavior is totally distructive.

The one I am working on is possiblynot as potentially financiaqlly rewarding as some of the otjhers. Than again, maybe is. Anyway, I should be able to start actually generating some incme in a few weeks. Once I get it going, then I can work on another one also. But, first and foremost, Ishall start an income from this one.

A price??? Who could put a price on one’s manhood/womanhood? Isn’t that what we really out of all this! I confess, if there had been a pricein the beginning, I would not be here–one of Jeff’s points earlier-learn to say “no.” I had ,finally acheived that a few weeks back. The value? Again how can you price it. I think thjis ten day course could likely sell for $1500 to $3500. Lord knows,it would be worth every penny of the higher price.

  19. Thomas C. Roquemore Says:

Yea though I walk in the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil for I will climb to the highest peak where nothing can touch me. (Just an analogy, not a blasphemy or making light of the Bible). I’m hopping over the wall and seeing a sliver of light. I will never give up partly because I don’t want to and partly because I have no choice if I am going to thoroughly enjoy the rest of my life. I would have a hard time with that if I had to work for someone else at a job I would probably despise. I have been blessed with many good things in life except a stable career, it’s time for that to fall into place.

  20. Crystal Says:

As always, I love how you take the insight and challenge me to take action. Just what I need and absolutely priceless.

I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve cycled through stages 1, 2 and 3, only to start again at 1 with something else when the setbacks started. This year, I’ve been pushing myself to develop an action orientation and persistence (incomes don’t grow, income-earners do - I LOVE that quote) and really feel like I’ve gone through to stage 4. I know that there’s a huge jump just around the corner, and I have no intentions of dropping off at the last hurdle. With a lot of different interests, my challenge has always been chasing too many (Atman, I collect quotes too, so here’s another for you: Chinese proverb - the man who chases two rabbits catches neither), so the idea of doing 3 things 1000 times is definitely up there for me, along with the 1% improvement. Creating space is going to be one of the three - practised that today with delegating and definitely want to hone that skill!

Thank you for showing me where the keys to my new life were hidden.

  21. Jane Says:

I said earlier I was at stage 4 on several businesses, but really I’m just between 3 and 4 I think. I now realize, that I too have to do 3 things a 1000 times each, to lift me over the barrier to 4.

It’s not going to be easy, as I never seem to have enough time or get a good nights sleep. But it’s clear to me now, that it’s the only way I’ll reach the success I deserve, after so many years of struggle.
